Here's a new logo I worked out for the ACUI (Association of College Unions International) Region 15 Conference to be held at Sac State later this year. I'm not a fan of the school colors but it's a must with this type of event. Hope you guys like. Stay tuned for the entire campaign.
Kyle, Kenji, and I were recently asked to create a short video that would promote an upcoming conference for various students and staff members at Sacramento State. After being inspired by the "Live the Language" videos we found from EF Travel, we decided it would be fun to create one based on Sacramento, following the daily life of a student and staff member, focusing on how their lives are different and how they intersect. I can't say that this is an original idea, but we had a great time finding all the shots, learning about shooting & editing, and overall production on something like this.
Along with a few shots in the video, I was responsible for the typography and faux logos.
Here is a recently developed identity that I designed for the University of Texas at Austin, Multicultural Greek Council. There's a lot of elements that were requested to be in there, and I think we came up with a nice solution. Texans are really big on "The Star," It's embodies so much and was a definite must to include in the design.
I am honored to announce that 2 of my logos have been selected to appear in the second volume of iheartlogos. These chosen logos are among those selected from various logo designers and firms from around the world. Thank you to all of my peers that voted for my work.
Thank you to all those who expressed interest in this project and helped me to take it to the next level. I'd especially like to thank Kyle Marks of Interval Press who helped me silkscreen these, and Kenji Enos a.k.a Kenjiboy who made this fabulous video documenting the process.
Here are some concepts I've worked up for a t-shirt given to all champions of Intramural sports during the 2011-2012 school year. They're pretty straight forward, I wanted to do a type only solution that would have a retro feel. Some still need to be refined but If you'd like to let me know which one's you like please leave a comment. Thanks!
